ReplyDeletecan you help me because my account as detrium will expire 3 days or less and I do not have payment as for my detrium account. I request my first payment as detrium dated august 22,2014 but it cancelled by admin and i request sept. 1 to sept. 4 but it refuse my request.what will i do?

ReplyDeletePayment requests after 13th August were canceled to enable "Instant Payment" option, you may request a payment at any time now.
But skrill is the only payment processor with instant payments atm. So You will have to try to request a payment via it since you only got 3 more days left. But not to mention that making a successful "Payout" via skrill is kinda hard thees days, so you need to process it around 00.00.00 around Italian Time to be on the top of the line. I've also tried 3 days & still I could not make a successful one :D
But you have another option as well, you may send a support ticket to the admin via the site, asking to upgrade your account using your account balance, make sure to emphasize the subject with something like "Running out of Upgrade,need upgrade from Purchase Balance" or etc. in order to get admin's attention. He usually gets over 500 tickets for a day, so make it count ;)
Most probably forum will be again available by 10th September the same day most of the things are supposed to get back to normal.
Thanks for the reply. i tried requesting via skrill in italian time but it refused my request and says that payout is disabled for today. and how can i send support ticket it has been disabled. You said it will the site will back to normal in September 10 by that time my account will be downgraded to protium can i send support and ask admin to upgrade my account through my account balance when things back to normal because i have no profit upgrading in detrium.I hope this will consider when the site is back to normal.
